Medical Services
Each participant at Abundant Life Adult Day Health Care Center receives a personalized care plan tailored to their unique needs. Direct Service Workers provide assistance and supervision throughout the day, while our experienced nursing staff is available onsite to coordinate care with healthcare professionals. Our skilled nurses monitor chronic conditions, review health histories, track blood glucose levels, and check vital signs to ensure participants receive coordinated, effective, and compassionate care.
Social and Recreation Activities
Our recreational and educational programs include arts and crafts, exercise classes, music therapy, movie days, games, and field trips. These activities are designed to encourage participation, promote socialization and peer interaction, and help participants maintain their highest level of independence.
Nutritional Meal Prep
Abundant Life Adult Day Healthcare Center provides customizable meal preparation services for all participants, following the guidelines of the KidKare program to ensure balanced, nutritious meals. For approved waiver participants, we also offer a food delivery program to support access to healthy meals at home. By catering to the individual needs of each participant, we strive to make Abundant Life Adult Day Health Care Center feel welcoming, comfortable, and like home.
