We are dedicated to improving the quality of life providing a comprehensive system of services and resources that meet the need of the participants that we serve at Abundant Life Day Health Center.

A Foundation for Care
At Abundant Life Adult Day Healthcare Center, we believe in the value and uniqueness of each participant we serve. Our experience is designed to promote each participant's own individual social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. As caregivers and educators, our mission is to provide a safe and developmentally appropriate learning environment, which fosters a participant's natural desire to explore, discover, and create.

Our Services
Abundant Life Adult Day Health Care Center mission is to provide individualized care to the participants enrolled in services to maintain and enhance the quality of their lives. We are dedicated to improving the quality of life providing a comprehensive system of services and resources that meet the needs of the participants that we serve. Care is provided by a team of licensed professionals who work to meet the individual needs of each participant. The care team is made up of nurse practitioners, registered nurses, social workers, personal care workers and other committed staff. Abundant Life is committed to improving quality of life and serving their participants..

Medical Services
All participants receive a care plan designed specifically for them. Individuals are assisted and monitored by Direct Service Workers during their time at the center. Our experienced nursing staff is available onsite to coordinate care to healthcare professionals. Our skill nurses monitor chronic conditions and health histories, blood glucose levels, vitals and overall health to ensure that participants are receiving coordinated and effective care.

Social and Recreation Activities
Recreational and educational activities include activities like arts and crafts, exercise programs, music therapy, movie day, games and field trips. Our goals are to foster participation, socialization, peer interaction, and maintain the participant's maximum level of independence.
Nutritional Meal Prep
By the time many of our community members arrive at Abundant Life Adult Day Healthcare, most require some degree of health and wellbeing monitoring. Our Adult Day Care Center provides complimentary and customizable Meal Preparation services for everyone. By catering to the personal needs of each and everyone here, we hope to make Abundant Life Adult Day Healthcare feel like home.
